As a Federal Sales Executive at Anacomp, you will play a critical role in expanding Anacomp’s’ presence in the federal market, managing high impact deals and leading complex sales cycles that have a lasting impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and acquire federal government clients, focusing on large-scale contracts.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within federal agencies, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and close.
- Navigate complex government procurement processes, including RFIs, RFPs, and other federal acquisition strategies.
- Stay current on government regulations, budget cycles, and policies that impact federal contracting and procurement.
- Lead strategic sales processes from lead generation to close, including presenting value propositions, identifying and addressing partner needs, negotiating business terms, and executing contracts.
- Collaborate with both the Corporate and Business Development teams as well as Pre-Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment with client needs and market trends.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal sales, with a proven track record of closing large, complex contracts within the federal government.
- Previous experience working in or with federal agencies such as the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) or other Federal agencies.
- Strong network of relationships with key federal agency decision-makers and procurement officers.
- Solid understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), federal procurement processes as well as a proven track record of working with small businesses to achieve contractual small business set aside goals.
- Knowledge of government security requirements, including CMMC, FedRAMP, and other federal compliance standards.
- Understanding of federal CRMs (GovWin etc.) technology trends, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with GSA schedules, IDIQ contracts, and other federal procurement mechanisms.
Base Salary
$120,000 to $150,000
Commissions On-Target
$75k to $100k
